Use the Operating Account for payments related to legal fees, outstanding invoices, and services rendered.
This account should be used when paying attorney fees or balances owed for completed legal work.
Trust Account
Use the Trust Account for retainers, advanced fee deposits, case-related expenses, settlement funds, and other client funds that must be held in trust.
Funds deposited into this account are maintained separately in accordance with legal and ethical requirements governing attorney trust accounts.
